    This celery cucumber apple smoothie is my latest obsession—it’s incredibly quick to whip up yet leaves me feeling energized and ready to tackle the day.

    Whenever I buy a bunch of celery, this smoothie becomes my daily go-to until it’s all gone! It's an incredibly fresh and vibrant blend of crisp celery, juicy cucumber, sweet apple, and a splash of lemon juice with a hint of ginger for a little zing.

    • Lemon juice: Freshly squeezed for brightness and to intensify the flavors. You can use lime instead of lemon.
    • Ginger: Adds a spicy, warming kick to balance the freshness.
    • Water: Use cold water for a refreshingly chilled and smooth consistency.

    How To Make Celery Cucumber Apple Smoothie

    Step 1: Combine chopped celery, cucumber, apple, ginger, lemon juice, and water in a high-speed blender.

    This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately after blending to preserve freshness and nutrients.

    If you need to store it, keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Since natural separation may occur, be sure to shake or stir well before drinking

    • 2 stalks celery chopped (~1 heaping cup)
    • 1 english cucumber sliced
    • 1 medium apple chopped
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
    • 1 inch (2.5 cm) fresh ginger peeled, chopped
    • 1 + ¼ cup cold water

    Instructions
     

    • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
