    Banana broccoli smoothie is my secret trick for getting extra greens into my day.

    Broccoli is one of my favorite veggies, whether in my roasted broccoli and potatoes, turned into broccoli soup, or snacked on while prepping produce for the week.

    Step 1: Combine broccoli florets, banana, spinach, hemp seeds, lemon juice, and water in a high-speed blender.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 1 cup fresh spinach
    • 1 ripe banana frozen or fresh
    • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
    • ¾-1 cup water

    Instructions
     

    • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
      1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 ripe banana, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ¾-1 cup water
    • Blend until smooth and frothy.
