Step 1: Combine banana, peanut butter, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, and plant milk in a high-speed blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

- 1 pinch nutmeg

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant milk
Instructions
