    Golden Milk Smoothie is an easy and delicious vegan recipe that blends turmeric, ginger, banana, and peanut butter into a creamy dairy-free drink infused with warm spices.

    It's inspired by my golden milk latte and perfect for a cozy, energizing treat.

    Whenever I need a quick boost, a golden milk smoothie is one of my favorite smoothies to whip up-simple, nourishing, and packed with wholesome goodness in just minutes.

    It turns out thick, creamy, and full of warm spiced flavor that makes it feel extra cozy.

    I love its beautiful golden color and how simple it is to make with just a few wholesome ingredients.

    • Plant-based milk (I used almond milk, but soy milk, oat milk, or any dairy-free milk works)

    Step 1: Combine banana, peanut butter, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, and plant milk in a high-speed blender.

    • 1 banana frozen or fresh
    • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger chopped
    • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 pinch nutmeg
    • 1 pinch ground black pepper
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant milk

    Instructions
     

    • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
      1 banana, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 pinch nutmeg, 1 pinch ground black pepper, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
