Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2 stalks celery,
1 english cucumber,
1 medium apple,
3 tablespoons lemon juice,
1 inch (2.5 cm) fresh ginger,
1 + ¼ cup cold water
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Notes
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours in a sealed container. Stir before drinking.
Sweeten with maple syrup, agave, or stevia, if desired.
Blend with ice for a thicker consistency.
Add water for a thinner consistency.
