    A green hemp seed smoothie is one of my go-to ways to enjoy hemp hearts, which I also love adding to my hemp overnight oats or sprinkling over salads for an extra boost of plant protein and nourishment.

    I love beginning my mornings with green smoothies like my celery spinach smoothie, green oatmeal smoothie, or frozen pea spinach smoothie, and this one is just as easy and enjoyable.
