    This red lentil pizza is made from just lentils and herbs with no flour, no yeast, and no baking powder, and it still creates a beautifully firm and satisfying crust.

    I love how fast it is to prepare, hearty, packed with protein, and naturally gluten-free, perfect for busy days when I still want something nourishing. I really love the slightly crisp edges and soft center with its rich, savory flavor.

    All you have to do is blend everything into a smooth batter, pour it into your pan, and bake-it really is that simple.

    My favorite way to enjoy it is topped with tomato sauce, vegan cheese, and mushrooms, but feel free to load it up with your favorite toppings.
