Ingredients
  

  • 2 kiwi peeled, cubed
  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk use any plant-based milk of choice or water
  • 2 tablespoon ground flaxseed flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • Place kiwi, banana, spinach, ground flax seed and almond milk in a blender or food processor. You can use any dairy-free milk like these homemade cashew milk or oat milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve your kiwi smoothie dividing it into 2 big glasses or smoothie jars. Smoothies are best when enjoyed fresh and creamy. This recipe yields 2 servings but it’s easy to double or triple it for larger batches.
