Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
1 cup arugula,
1 cup pineapple chunks,
1 orange,
1 tablespoon chia seeds,
1 tablespoon fresh ginger,
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Notes
Arugula can be slightly peppery, so make sure your pineapple and orange are ripe and sweet for a smooth, refreshing balance.
Use frozen pineapple instead of ice to make the smoothie cold and refreshing without watering it down.
If you like a sweeter smoothie, add a drizzle of maple syrup, agave, or a Medjool date.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking for the best flavor and texture.
