Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
¼ cup lemon juice,
⅓ cup fresh mint leaves,
2 tablespoons maple syrup,
1 + ½ cup cold water
Blend until frothy, add ice, and serve.

Notes
Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge up to 2 days. Shake and add fresh ice before serving.
Use fresh lemon juice and mint for the best flavor.
Adjust sweetness to taste with more maple syrup.
Chill glasses in the freezer for extra coolness.
No Blender? Crush mint leaves with a pestle in a glass, then mix in lemon juice, maple syrup, cold water, and ice.
