1tablespoonfresh gingerpeeled, finely chopped or grated OR use ¼ ground ginger
2cupsspinachlightly packed
1bananafrozen or fresh
1tablespoonground flaxseedor chia seeds
1tablespoonlemon juicefreshly squeezed
¾cupalmond milkor any plant-based milk
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Notes
