Instructions
Start by taking one flour tortilla and spreading a layer of cream cheese on it (2 heaping tablespoons on each tortilla).
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon over cream cheese spread.
Place another tortilla on top and repeat the process with an even layer of cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll stacked tortillas tightly into a log shape then slice them into pinwheels approximately 1.2 inches (3 cm) thick. Repeat the same process with the remaining two tortillas.
Place the pinwheels on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or pan and bake at 338°F (170°C) for 7-8 minutes, just until they achieve a light golden brown color. Be cautious not to overbake to prevent unrolling and maintaining their shape.
Once out of the oven, enhance the sweetness by drizzling with melted chocolate or chocolate syrup. Melt chocolate with coconut oil by combining them in a microwave-safe bowl or on a stovetop using low heat.
