2 kiwi,
1 english cucumber,
1 apple,
1 tablespoon chia seeds,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
¾ cup cold water
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Notes
Use ripe kiwi for the best flavor.
Choose a sweeter apple to naturally sweeten the smoothie.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a touch of maple syrup, agave, a few drops of stevia, or a date.
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Add a handful of spinach or kale for an extra green boost.
