½ cup mango,
1 orange,
1 carrot,
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder,
¾ cup light coconut milk
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking.
Frozen mango gives the best thick, creamy texture.
Add more plant-based milk for a thinner smoothie.
Blend in a date, maple syrup, or agave if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
