Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°C (480°F). In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Pour in the water and olive oil. Stir with a wooden spoon or your hands until a shaggy ball forms.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 2-3 minutes until soft and smooth.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a 12-inch (30 cm) circle about ¼ inch (½ cm) thick.
Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Top with your favorite toppings (I used tomato sauce, cashew mozzarella, and mushrooms).
Bake for 15–17 minutes, until golden brown. Slice and enjoy.
Notes
Using cups to measure flour:
Spoon flour into your measuring cup rather than packing it down, then level with a knife for accurate measurement.
Adjust flour as needed:
Depending on your flour type, you may need more or less. The dough should be soft but not sticky.
Use parchment paper:
This makes transferring the pizza easier and prevents sticking.
Make ahead:
Prepare the dough in advance, wrap it tightly, and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours. Just roll and bake when ready
