Cinnamon Banana Apple Bread is a soft, moist, and flavorful vegan loaf made in one bowl without eggs or milk. This easy recipe is perfect for a cozy breakfast or a wholesome dessert.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
1 + ½ cups all-purpose flour, ¾ cup cane sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 pinch salt
Add the grated apple, mashed bananas, oil, vanilla, and vinegar. Gently fold together. Don’t overmix.
