Ingredients
  

  • 2 piece pomegranate de-seed the pomegranates before, blend and strain it
  • 4 piece tangerine peeled
  • 2 piece kiwi cut in circles
  • 1 piece banana cut in circles
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • First, pour just the pomegranate seeds into a blender. Pulse the seeds a few times to break them apart, and release their juice. Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Combine the pomegranate juice with tangerines, kiwi, banana, and 1 tablespoon turmeric powder in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour it into a glass and serve right away. Comforting and delicious, this filling smoothie tastes more like a dessert than what is really is powerful weight loss drink.
