No Bake Peanut Butter Balls (Delicious Energy Bites)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter it's best if it's more thick so you can easily for the balls
  • 1 cup ground nuts: hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds add nuts of your choice, mabye only hazelnuts or walnuts, choose what is your preference
  • 100 gr dark chocolate
  • 35 ml extra virgin olive oil or melted coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add 1 cup creamy peanut butter and 1 cup ground hazelnuts,almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.
  • Out of the mixture for small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. It will make the process much easier! The peanut butter balls will hold their shape when you dip and tap the excess warm chocolate.
  • Break the chocolate, add 35 ml olive or coconut oil, and place into a heatproof bowl. Set over a pan of barely simmering water and allow the chocolate to melt,stirring occasionally. 
  • Take the cooled balls, one by one, dip the peanut butter ball with two spoons or a toothpick in the melted dark chocolate. Then, move the chocolate peanut butter candies on a plate.
  • It's better to chill the energy peanut butter balls for at least half an hour in the fridge but it's not necessary.
