  • 2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 apple small (about 1 cup cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup water chilled

  • Add fresh spinach leaves, frozen banana, chopped apple, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and cold water to a high-powered blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy.

  • Add a tablespoon of maple or agave syrup to increase the sweetness
