Ingredients
  

For the spinach strawberry avocado salad

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach I used whole leaves but you can slice it if you want
  • 1 avocado peeled, cubed
  • ¼ cup raw walnuts roughly chopped

For the oil-free lemon orange maple syrup dressing

  • 1 medium sized lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 medium sized orange freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • To start, in a large salad bowl combine spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, and avocado. Top it with raw walnuts. Finally, prepare the dressing. In a jar or airtight container pour the juice from the orange and lemon. Mix it with maple syrup. Shake well until all well combined. Gently toss it until everything gets together nicely.
  • It's best to serve immediately after being tossed together. Enjoy it as a side dish, dessert, or snack. Add more walnuts or other nuts of choice as desired. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 24 hours, not longer.
